WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
For in-stock items, your order will ship within 2-3 business days via USPS.
WHEN DO PREORDERS SHIP?
Each preorder is differet and shipping timeframes can be found on each individual item's listing.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but usually only take about 3-5 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will let you know when your shipment will arrive.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not ship internationlly through this shop, but will be opening an Etsy shop soon for international customers. You can subscribe to my newsletter or follow my Instagram account for updates.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your purchase. Once the 24-hour timeframe has passed, you will not be able to cancel your order or receive a refund.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
Your order cannot be changed once it has been submitted or accepted. If you have questions about your order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
CAN YOU COMBINE ORDERS?
We are unable to combine orders. Each purchase made will be shipped separately.
MY ITEM(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
Each item is inspected before shipment to ensure it is in excellent condition. If something arrives damaged, please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order details and photos of the damaged item(s). While we cannot guarantee a replacement, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
MY ORDER IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. WHAT CAN I DO?
When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number from USPS. Once it is dropped off, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service and is our of ours hands. Please double-check that the package wasn't left in your mailbox, on your front porch, or with a neighbor. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact your local post office before emailing us. If they confirm your package has been lost, send us an email (email@example.com) and we will work to get you a replacement.
